Luminarias: Thanks to Craig Wallace who did a great job of leading the effort for the Luminarias and to all of you who helped.
Board & Officer Election:
Positions open are:
Secretary – Rich Braziel, Rich is willing to serve another term as secretary.
Vice President – Jim Montobano, Jim is willing to serve another term as VP.
Board Member – Robert Stembridge, Robert is willing to serve another term as secretary.
Board Member – Craig Wallace, Craig was nominated for another term.
The nominations were approved unanimously.
New Cell Tower: A new Verizon rooftop cell tower is being installed on the south side of Central between Cedar & Oak on Presbyterian’s roof. Attachment 2
SHNA Film Payments: Payments for filming in the Silver Hill Neighborhood have been going to Don Hancock’s “Not for Profit” corporation (Southwest Research Inc). Gordon has contacted him to get the money. We have not received any money since 2009.
Vortex is moving: Terry Apodaca reported that the Vortex is moving.
Treasure Report: The SHNA has $1095.82 of unencumbered funds in our checking account. Attachment 3
