Meeting called to order: 7:00pm
Duplex at 1808-1810 Gold SE: There has been numerous non-residents staying and partying in the back of the vacant duplex at 1808- 1810 Gold SE. Police, the zoning department, and the new owner have been notified. It appears this will be corrected very quickly. Attachment 2
All is One Tattoo Parlor: They will be hosting an annual event on June 13, 2014 on Harvard between Central and Silver. Attachment 3
2109 Gold SE Variance: They are requesting a variance for the parking space depth for their duplex. They would like to be able to use a 24-foot depth instead of the 28-foot depth required by zoning. The parking spaces are off the alley. Gordon has requested additional information.
Presbyterian Hospital: They are requesting approval for an amendment to the site development plan to change the facade on the emergency room. This does not appear to be an issue. Attachment 4
University Heights – 202 Cornell: They want to install some student housing and are requesting variances to setbacks and square foot requirements. We will defer to the University Heights Neighborhood Association.
Neighborhood news: The May/June issue of the Neighborhood news was distributed. Attachment 5
UNM North Golf Course: There have been substantial improvements to the UNM North Golf Course and they are having a 5K fun run to celebrate the grand opening. Attachment 6
210 Sycamore: Zoning has notified the owner that they can only have 3 units on the property.
Minutes Approval: The May 2014 minutes were not approved because there was not a quorum.
