New board member introductions. Nominating Don McGiver to be the new president. James Montalbano as Vice President. Tom Ocken as treasurer. Sean Matney as Secretary.
New ordinance for neighborhood associations- NARO outlines neighborhood associations bylaws. Will be discussed over coming meetings.
Church on gold update.. the church was seen cleaning the property over the last week.
Most of the community trash cans in the neighborhood have come up missing over the past weekend. May be a gateway in to a smarter dumpster/garbage/neighborhood clean up campaign.
Discussion of re-striping of the streets.
